Now if potential customers search for your products online it is very likely that they may end up buying products from your competitor’s website even if your product quality is much better. So it is very important that customers can find your business ONLINE! Whether it is working on search engine optimization to get your business higher up in the search results or making sure that you own a place in google maps, having an online presence is the first step to increase your customers by being available everyone is- the internet.

Now when we talk about having an online presence for your business it’s not just about having a website. It includes having social media accounts that people can follow for getting regular updates or even email marketing where you can follow-up your potential customers for maybe having a word with you or just sending emails about the latest offers and discounts.
